    Dead Dead Dead!!! one phone call one email okay two emails but one was just saying ok..

    How hard is it to say NO??? JK

    Policyholders don't seem to like that word. for example: Is mold covered? NO. Are you going to pay for my repairs even though I have liability only? NO...oh my goodness, I think I'm going to go crazy with some of the silly things I hear!! aargh!
