Debating on working out again!

I went and worked out this morning and burned 420 calories and incorporated 30 minutes strength training as well. Well, today at work we had a Thanksgiving celebration and I did not over eat. I really do not know how many calories were in the some of the foods. Anyway, I was wondering should I go and work out again just to be on the safe side? Any suggestions.

    I do 3 30 minute workouts every day. I think of it as my way of keeping my metabolism going strong. So, you can come do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video workout with me :)
