Eat to appetite woman! And enjoy it. Just choose good food, whole food, clean food.

Make that buttermilk and watch your baby get fat :) Best time of my life, I ate like a horde of vikings when I was BF'ing.

I eat about 1700. If I eat to appetite, I don't lose weight.

it depends on your height, weight, and age. you burn approx 500 extra clories each day while breastfeeding.

so wish I was breastfeeding! i lost 20 lbs so easy. as long as you eat wholesome, you can eat 500 over what you are supposed to normally. talk to your dr though

go under snacks in your food diary and search breastfeeding there is a "by ounce" option to track how many ounces you pump and itll account for the calories or there is a breastfeeding exclusive one that is 500 cals.

And eat to hunger, as long as you hit your daily calories plus the 500 your great if your hungry after that eat more. Not just want food but if you are really hungry. Just listen to your body and rink lots of water. After all starving women in 3rd world countries still make milk ( not advocating this obv, their milk isnt nearly as nutritous as it should be) just dont stress too much
