New member, gonna give this a go

I've tried numerous diets, online communities, gimmicks, blah blah blah. I don't have a tendency to stick with things. I'll call it as I see it and name it LAZINESS. I'm hoping to change my track record.

I understand you pain and frustration. I go through the same thing, I will make a decision to work out and eat healthy and in a week i go from working out 5 days a week to 3 to 2 to back to laying in bed and eating a burger. It's hard, but I'm going to try this again....maybe I will be successful with support.... Doing this alone is failure waiting to happen0
