late night eating

My trick is brushing my teeth (im kinda lazy & wont wanna have to do it again) and getting a nice big glass of ice water. Drink the water and chomp on the ice. I think snacking is more because were bored, so you can trick your mind into thinking youre eating something good! Good luck!0

I save 300 calories for 1/2 cop hot air popcorn kernels which yields a surprisingly large bowl of fresh popcorn. I find the microwave popcorn bags contain too many calories & chemicals. Of course, no butter added!
I also make sugar free jello - the entire box in a single bowl is only 40 calories - always good to have on hand.
I do make a point of washing the dinner dishes and 'closing' the kitchen (except for the popcorn machine!).
I'll often take a large mug of tea into the living room after dinner - warming & filling!
