I'm on the verge of hitting a loss of 70 lbs since May of this year. I log everything, I kick started with Turbo Fire and Body By Vi for only 40 days, then joined a gym that I go to 6 days a week, some days twice a day for the group classes, and now a certified Turbo Kick Instructor and training to be a Group Class instructor. I take a cheat meal once a week, day off of work outs once a week and I've had my set backs from over indulgence but I don't dwell on those things and I use them as fuel to push harder.

My secret, I have a bikini hanging on my closet door that I want to wear proudly next season, I want to be 150 of less by the end of the year (13 lbs away), and I want to feel good about myself. Oh, and I log EVERYTHING!

Hard work, dedication, results.

As of today I am wearing a size 8 to 6 in pants, started at an 18, and I'm wearing size medium shirts, started at an XXL.
