It just goes to show you

I have been steadily losing weight with cardio. I truly know that to continue I need to add strength/cross training. When I first started I used to do the Biggest Loser on the Kinect and was seriously 'sore' for 2-3 days afterwards. I would do between 90-120 minutes. It goes by SO fast!! But I started to run and loved it and have not done anything else for the last 8 months. I got my Biggest Loser video out yesterday and discovered it had 'levels' and put it on HARD, and it literally kicked my butt! Literally, I have not done that workout since I first started back in March. I am beyond aching today and seriously wondering if I can even go and run tomorrow morning. I have so many muscles that hurt and it just goes to show you, that there are so many parts of your body that don't get 'worked' if you stick to the same thing!!
Reinforces one of my favorites:
You keep doing the same thing, and you will keep getting the same results.
(Some call it the definition of insanity:)
