Hey there!
I think your diary and eating is pretty good. However, I would only drink the protein shakes on the days you are working out because it looks like you're getting protein from a lot of other sources (i.e. turkey, nuts, chicken, milk, yogurt, etc.)

A little low on calories; as a general rule, don't net below 1200 (if you burn 300, eat no less than 1500). Otherwise, your body will end up shutting down. Your weight loss will stop completely, which is where a lot of people get frustrated. Other than that, looks good0

Looks like you are definitely making an effort to change from carb-only meals! You have fruits, veggies, and protein in most meals!
How do you feel?!?!?!?!? This is the most important thing. Now that you're getting comfortable tracking all of your foods, I might start paying attention to days that you have cereal for breakfast compared to protein-packed breakfasts. I notice that my energy and hunger (satiety) are better on protein-breakfast days than carb-breakfast days. It looks like some days you have protein shakes and some days cereal or oatmeal. How's your energy on these days?
