I was wondering if anyone has used any of the Turbo Jam workout DVD's? I just ordered the Turb Jam: Fat Blaster and can't wait to receive it! I was just wondering if anyone had used it and if so did you have any results.

    I LOVE my Turbo Jam workouts!!! They are fun with great music, you burn a lot of calories and it goes by so fast. I got my friend hooked on them also. :) Good luck with your journey.

    I love my Turbo Jam videos!!!! I have lost 25 lbs in 3 months doing Turbo Jam in combination with yoga and walking. I'm just wondering, have you done any other TJ workouts? I've been doing it for several months and I haven't worked up to Fat Blaster. It is very fast and intense work out, hence the name. Just a word of caution, if your starting out, I would start with the cardio party videos. They can be easily modified to lower intensity when first starting.
