Started a bulk cycle and i'm looking for ideas on calorie dense foods.

Current stats:
Male 37

Maint Calories 2200
Bulk calories 2700
188g Protein
85g Fat
254g Carbs

Some days I push for 3k depending on activity etc...

Any input would be nice.
Thanx!
Dan

Get the protein down to 140-150 grams/day and up the carbs to 320 at least and you should definitely be shooting for at least 3000 cals I typically cut on about 2400 cals. Carbs are essential to bulking but you'll need to lower your fat a little bit as well something like 60 grams or so should be sufficient.

I know you were originally asking for foods so I would suggest foods really low in fat and high in carbs. My personal favorite are either skim milk and any type of cereal really (frosted flakes have 0 fat) but tons of other have small amounts like 2 or 3 grams. Fat free ice cream is a personal favorite. However I almost always use russet potatoes as my pre workout carbs just a preference for me really but I find them to give me great pumps. Have fun with it though bulking is all about eating the foods you weren't able to while cutting just without going totally over board. It's all about balance, chicken sandwiches, chicken wraps, (just use low fat wraps and bread) fat free mozzarella or cheddar cheese and any kind of lean turkey, or other meats for sandwiches. Hope those gave you a few ideas!

    Sweet!
I'm not so great with math so I had a friend on BB.com calculate macros etc.
These numbers are appx 20% over my maint.
I just scaled everything up from my cut to get there.

    Thanx!
