Hi my name is Sandra and I am new to this whole calorie counting thing.
My daughter joined last week and wants to lose 25lbs so we are going to lose the same amount and have set a date of April 2012 which gives us 6 months to get the weight off - just in time for summer.
Any tips would be much appreciated and please feel free to add me as I will need your inspirations
thanks x

1. Calculate the average amount of calories you need a day. [the web is full of this sort of stuff.]
2. Keep a daily planner [I use Microsoft Excel] per week and check that what you eat is 200 - 400 calories less than what you need.
3. If possible, increase the amount of times you exercise per week to around 3. [it can be a light jog in the evenings.]
4. Get supportive networks to support you guys on!0 -
