I want to snack !!

I want to snack. I don't eat after dinner and now that I am trying to lose weight I feel like eating something!!! I don't understand Why all of a sudden I have a craving to snack after dinner. HELP:explode:

    There could be multiple things causing this craving. The first thing I suggest you look at is what you are typically eating for dinner and how many hours before bed time you eat dinner. You may be consuming some foods that are trigger foods for you which cause you to crave more. OR you may not be eating the right types of foods to keep you satisfied until bed time. Carbs and sugar will typically lead to craving more food. Make sure you have enough protein and fiber at dinner.

    Then there is always the psychology behind dieting that is a basic human fact: once we deny ourselves something we tend to want it more. There's nothing wrong with making sure you leave yourself say enough calories for like low fat cheese and Special K crackers for a night snack. That's a low cal and satisfying snack combo. Personally I always try to leave myself enough calories for either that combo, a serving of Baked Dorritos or a low cal ice cream snack. Just have it 2 hours before bed.
