So I looked down this morning an realized-- I have calf definition :D That's never happened before, even before I was overweight I was always pretty mushy. I'm not getting ripped by a long shot, but it's nice to see some muscle on me for a change. :)

    That's not silly, that's awesome! I noticed some arm definition a couple of weeks ago and just about fell down...then I flexxed a little in the mirror instead:)
