I've been doing this off and on for a long time. I just had back surgery 5 weeks ago and decided to heal well and to be healthy I need to lose weight. For the last few weeks I've been walking 4 miles a couple times a week. This week I walked 4 miles 5 times and lost 3.4 this week. HURRAH! First time I've stepped into a gym since May. I'm doing WW with my sister and friend and am extremely motivated. I feel better and am proud of myself. I can't wait to get to a healthy weight. Thanksgiving is this week and it's a challenge but with support and a plan I think I can get through it. Happy Holidays!
