Waking Up Hungry & Happy

Since I have been watching my calories AND getting extra sleep I have noticed differences in my life..
#1. I wake up hungry. Now, I am not complaing about it. I just used to wake up feeling full (a sign of overeating I believe) and sometimes with a sick stomach. Anyone else notice this difference?
#2. I wake up happy. Now, by happy I mean I am not fighting to get out of bed. Before, I would go to bed around 10ish, probably not fall asleep til 11 and then up between 530-6am. I was cranky in the morning, foggy headed.... But now, I go to bed by 9 at the latest and waked up the same time, but I am going right to sleep! Sleeping well and I am ready to get up in the morning!
What differences are you noticing since you have started taking care of youself?

i'm certainly enjoying my sleep and sleeping better. And yes i recognise that not unpleasant experience of modest hunger in the morning.i've learnt to experience that sensation of hunger as a positive feeling and that really helps all through the day...instead of rushing off to feed it!0

I can`t say that I wake up hungry every single day, but it is still early in my journey. I sleep better but I also have more energy during the day!0

I've always been a pretty good sleeper so no change there for me... but...
I have more energy to play with my kids. Running around the park is easier. Getting down to the floor to play with toys is easier and getting back up is easier too!
My knees and hip don't hurt nearly as much as they used to.
I couldn't jog more than 2 mins without wanting to die... now I can jog for about 15 mins straight. Stairs no longer 'wind' me.
I rarely get headaches anymore. (at least 2 a week before)
I've stopped eating tums like they're going out of style.
I'm happier in general. Better outlook on life.
I'm not a goal yet but it's a work in progress. Paying attention to how I've already improved keeps me motivated0 -
I have. When I use to eat Olive Garden all the time....I'd wake up the next morning not very hungry.
Now I wake up and I can't WAIT to eat!0 -
Mine is that I wake up and look forward to breakfast. It used to be something I would force down or not even have but now its a part of my morning and I really enjoy it and it puts a spring into my step. And as I walk to work I'm enjoying that more too.
