Personally I love the rowing machine. It burns calories and doesn't take a long time!

Definitely the elliptical during the winter, but long distance bicycling during the spring and summer.0

Running outdoors when it's cold! Get some really good speeds and never feel flustered and normally its scenic!0

My favorite are my gyms hour long dance cardio workouts (Cardio Dance Party/Booty Dance Beat)! I now understand why dancers have such good bodies!0

Elliptical, especially when the weather is foul. Dancing anytime.0

I love swimming! I can spend 45-60 minutes in the water just freestyling the whole way. Its great because its a full body workout & is great for a calorie blasting cardio workout!0

love TRX suspension because it is intense and is both cardio and strength training. body part to work...love shoulders. i like the feeling i have when i am done running but i am not one of those who love it when i am doing it!0

I love running outside in the colder weather. It's by far the most rewarding for me personally. I love doing races to. Thing about running is i can only do it like one time a week, otherwise my knees get overly sore.0

skating!!!! originally Im from a country with very cold winters and all my chilhood I spent skating either at ice rinks or on the frozen lakes/ponds (once had a little accident, coz ice was too thin) roller blading in summer speed is cool0

My 2 favorites are zumba and running (NEVER thought I'd say that). They are both great in different ways. Zumba is so fun, and I get my alone time with running. I have been suffering from knee problems since October and haven't been able to run, and it is killing me. I know I need to give my knee time to heal, but I want to get back to running!0
