I started this whole thing in June and have lost 65 pounds so far. I started my exercise part with walking and gradually started running (5-6 days a week). I am just proud of myself for being able to go 6 miles at an average of 4.5 mph. I want to run a half marathon next spring and a full marathon next summer. It is amazing how good you feel when you exercise regularly

Congrats on both your weight loss so far and the run! I'm currently training for my first marathon (Jan 8, 2012), so definitely know how good it feels when you have a great run. Keep up the good work!0
