The first picture was atleast a few years ago, since then I've been eating healthier and exercising more frequently. Right now I'm still trying to lose about 20 more pounds.

This is more recent, but I've lost around 10 pounds since then.
I lost the weight around a three year period. I started taking weight loss classes and following a 1200 calorie diet. I feel great, thanks for the support and good luck to all of you.
