Okay, I've had good response from people about posting what's on my plate. Here's what I'm having for today.

On Monday's and Thursday's I do my regular workout - either a step aerobics class or cardio (elliptical, treadmill, etc.) and I also have dance practice (I am on a local dance team). It is hard to get in all the calories they reccomend for the day, with burning about 686 from exercise. I will probably add 1-2 more small snacks throughout the day, but still not enough to equal 1,886. Is this bad? I am only under 2 days a week. The rest of the time I am pretty close and maybe over once a week.0 -
