just changed calorie level to 1200 per day.... this means I will drink 6-7 shakes per day
to give 112 g prot. and 14 g cho
this higher shake/calorie level should aid with protein sparing!
we want to lose fat... not muscle.
i am 10 lbs over wt.....and it is all belly fat
well inner thigh and butt too!!

BAD idea...unless you are a model or a builder getting ready for an event AND dont care about your overall health....why on earth do something that is so unnatural?

not to mention calcium, iron, vitamin C, vitamin B, fibre, sodium etc etc etc. Plus that is an excessive amount of protien, which not only is unneccessary, it is actually harmful to your health.0 -

well actually...the amount of protein may not be excessive depending on the weight of the person and the activity....with heavy weight training 112 g per day would be in line for a 200 pounder...but overall...eating the same thing everyday for several days (unless it is a complete meal) is not a regimen that can be followed for life0 -
it's only 105 g of prot. ....these shake are supplemented...
and 7 shakes per day more than meets my essential nutrient needs.0 -

lol... you are most likely correct!
each shake is 160 cal and 15 g of prot. supplemented with all essentials.
there are many medical fast that do the same thing.
is bound to be healthier the atkins high fat...induction phase, which so many people do
eggs, cheese, bacon..... talk about unhealthy!0 -
drinking one atkins shake every 2 hours or 7 shakes per day and 8 oz of water in between!
plus any free food allowed on atkins diet...
ex. salad with calorie free dressing0
