Hello Fellow MFP Friends,
Okay so I just completed my first week... I did well... but, I am so worried I will lose this momentum. I have had several bread cravings the past couple days. I wanna keep up the pace and surround myself with people who log daily and who don't hold back on the advice. Please friend request me if this is you!

You will do great Eat whole grain breads, they have lots of fiber to keep you full! Your food cravings will also get better over time the more you retrain yourself to eat healthy.0

Your body does need carbs!
It's tough for the first two weeks as your body adjusts, but eventually it will get used to eating differently.
HOWEVER - I always tell my MFP friends to give in to the occasional craving - have some bread! Make yourself a tasty sandwich, have a croissant after a killer workout. If you deny yourself 100% of the time, you will be miserable and will detest the weight loss process. It's weight loss, not prison, we need to be realistic.0
