Hi there, I'm Emma.
I decided to come over here when I saw a link on minimins in someone's sig.
It certainly seems handy having your calories/carbs calculated for you! All very scientific, I like that!

Anyway, I have a lot of weight to lose - 105lbs if I'm to get to my ideal weight!
I'm doing a low-carb diet at the moment, based on Atkins but I'm not giving up my diet coke! or restricting green veg either.
I've also just bought an exercise bike (after some looking, for one that would take my weight!)

My first weigh-in is on Wednesday, so here's hoping it's good news!
