when i ride my stationary bike, i try and do 30 minutes but i break them up in 10 min intervals, do you all think that is still good?

Experts disagree on the topic. Some say Experienced fitness folks burn more fat doing consistent cardio for longer, i.e. biking for 30 minutes straight at a steady pace getting that heart rate above 132. Others disagree and say that this only works for sedentary folks and the most effective way to burn calories is to do intervals. I say try both forms for 2 weeks each and see which one gives you the best results! Best of luck!0
