anyone cook for a living?

my job is to cook, and since i've started.. i've been tracking my work as exercise because you burn calories while cooking.. for me, it's anywhere from 4-8 hours of straight cooking. anyone else in the same boat?? do you track your work as exercise? good idea or bad?

I think it would depend on what you originally set your activity level at.
If you were sedentary, you could either track it or change your activity level to lightly active (or however active you feel you are during the day).
Its probably easier to do that than figure out how much youre actually burning and then make sure to enter it every day.0 -
