My name's Shawn, I've been calorie tracking for a couple weeks and have been tweeking my base food regiment. So far so good.
I've also just started the Green Smoothie Challenge, pretty exciting.
So far, I've noticed that keeping under the calories can be simple, but also tricky when it comes to evening snacks.
So if anyone has any suggestions on low cal, yet filling snacks I'm all ears.
Otherwise, I'm interested in new dietary habits that are sustainable and overall good for you, as well as quick to prepare.

Hi Shawn,
if I want to eat something with low calories I would stick with an apple, potatoes (100 grams are just 70 calories, raw and uncooked), cucumbers, peppers...just make a snack with different kind of vegetables, you can make a dipping sauce with a yoghurt and herbs (I eat a joghurt that has only 39 cal and 0.1 % fat per 100 grams)0
