For those of us that suffer with PCOS,very often, testosterone levels are higher than most women. If you have PCOS and do strenght training, have you noticed an increase un muscle that is more important than what most women can expect?

I also have PCOS. My doctor told me that facial hair is a good indication of how serious your condition is. The more hair you have the more likely you are to get "bulky" when you work out.
His suggestion is to use lighter weights and do more reps to get the benefits without worrying about gaining too much muscle.
