3 weeks ago I made it out the 200s. I was 199. I was so proud of myself. Then I slacked off and now I'm 207.. I don't know what I do but I feel like crap. I can't believe all my hard work went out the drain. I want to believe it's just water retention and sodium but 8 pounds of it? Help me please. What can I do to get back on track and keep it.

it could be a good amount of water retention...i gained 5 pounds back in 3 days when i got sick and i've been able to lose 4 of them in 3 days increase your water intake watch your sodium levels and just get back on track! and when you get to that 199 mark remember how you feel now and don't slip up again. but you can do it!0

Just get back to what you did to lose if the first time. Logging and exercising will definitely help. This time when you lose don't stop logging, when you stop logging is where you usually mess up because you begin to eat way too many calories. Hope this helps!0

It took a long time to gain the weight in the first place so give it time.
Uor bodies fluctuate up to 5lbs a day so relax!
Stress does nothing positive for you!0 -
It is probably water weight. Up your water intake and eat more veggies. It will be gone in no time!<30

If you've been eating a lot of processed stuff - it IS possible to gain 8lbs in water retention. When we've been eating better and then slowly fall off the wagon.. well, our bodies don't like it and usually show their displeasure with water retention weight gain.
You would have had to consume 28,000 calories OVER your daily caloric needs (not your weight loss calories, but your maintenance calories) in order to gain 8lbs.
Do you think you've done that? That's A LOT of extra calories. I'm guessing most of it is water weight. Drink lots of water, eat better again and it'll drop back off.0 -
Start eating veggies that will get u lean also if u workout, take LEAN 1 shake before and 15 min afterwards, but try try try to stay consistant with ur eat habits, that is the most important part of the whole process. U'll do good I know u will if u have any questions PM me.0

Don't forget being constipated- nothing contributes to constipation (and subsequently weight gain) like processed food. Upping your water will wash all that 'crap' out.0

I am 10 lbs heavier at the end of the day than at the beginning. The first thing is to make sure you're weighing yourself under constant conditions, like first thing in the morning. If you weigh more often and see the normal ups and downs, you can put that 8 lbs. in better perspective.
Get a food scale and measure everything. Invest in a smart phone or handheld computer so you can log everything you eat and drink as you consume it.
Avoid salt, not only because it makes you crave more to eat, but also because it makes you retain more water. Not everyone sheds that excess sodium and water overnight. Read labels to see where it is hiding. Avoid ready to eat foods and restaurant meals, as they are seasoned to please people's taste buds, not their waistlines.0
