It all depends on how hard you want to work and how well you change your eating habits. And how many calories you burn. Too many variables to give you an answer.0

time fram lets say about 2000 calories a day cause i think this is the weight i wanna maintain at.. and about probably 45 min weight training other day and if i get around to it hour long cardio on my non weight training days0

6 packs are all diet. You'll have to get your body fat down to about 10% to see it, usually. Sometimes less, sometimes never. Some people aren't genetically able to have a six pack, due to how their body stores fat.0

You will NOT get a six pack without losing fat. Basically you need to diet some more buddy0

If you want to get real six pack, you need to add serious training and eat ENOUGH (=a lot of) good stuff to be able to build muscles.
This was a real eye opener for me: http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2011/07/21/meet-staci-your-new-powerlifting-super-hero
Please read it carefully and look closely the photos. It's about a lady but applies well to men too, I would guess and amount of calories is enormous but the body after is GORGEOUS!!! You will never get it with 2000 cals, sorry to tell...
Good luck and please provide us with pictures later when you progress - all are eager to learn how it succeeded!!!0
