Is there a way to change my workout 'week' from Monday thru Sunday to Tuesday thru Monday? :ohwell: Just curious...that's the schedule I've been on and I'm not sure if I want to change MY weigh-in day or if I can change stuff up on here. Thanks for the help! :flowerforyou:
