i have put it into my exercises as "walk/run c25k" and worked out how many calories i burned by the average speed i was doing in the session....now when i adjust the minutes exercised the calories adjust accordingly. the first time was a bit tricky but it seems to be working for me now.
i am only just starting the program...i did week 1 day 3 today...so i will need to keep an eye on the numbers as i go.
good luck0 -
Work out how many mins running you've done and log it then log the walking separately seems pretty accurate.0

most accurate method would be to get a chest strap HRM and create your own excercise and log the mins/cals accordingly.0
