Hello all,
I went to a dance tonight! I totally cut a rug but I'm wondering now where to put my drinks and exercise.... "yesterday" (which feels like today," or "today" which feels like tomorrow, as I'm about to go to sleep. :)
Thanks for helping!

Wherever there's enough room, you can even split! Going out and enjoying a couple of drinks is no crime every now and then.

So long as it roughly adds up over a few days or a week it won't matter too much.

I log food and exercise on the calendar day I am awake on, for instance, I work until midnight, then i go workout until 130am or so, and i go back to the previous day to log it, because its still the same day for me as i haven't slept yet.

Yep I'm the same 99.9% of the time. Unless I'm feeling REALLY guilty and want a reminder to work harder the next day ;) Last drinking night I had I finished off with potato chips and cheesecake, so I counted them as breakfast for the next day since it was 5am anyway.

EDIT: Was supposed to quote the above post, oops!

Thanks everybody! I didn't expect to get such helpful responses so quickly :) I appreciate all of your input. I think I will take janeinspain's advice and split it between yesterday and today. Cheers!
