I feel pretty good about my week so far. I came home from vacation on Tues and felt pretty ill prepared for the work week to begin. I work Night shift and 12 hr shifts. My usual routine is to cook on my days off for the rest of the week. Well, I had no food in the house, no meals prepared etc. I was also recovering from the flu and had not worked out in over a week.

So far this week I have come in under my calories each day, gotten a workout in each day, and got my house restocked with food and cooked several meals even while working 12 hrs shift for 4 days. I would say that is determination! and I lost 3 lbs!

And....I got to go purchase a pair of pants one size smaller today...YAY!

All in all a good week!!

Hope everyone is having a positive week!

Well done! I know how hard shift work can be - my husband did it for over 10 years! Keep up the good work

Good for you for jumping right back on the bandwagon as soon as you got back from vacation! I know it can be hard to break the vacation midset (for me, at least lol!) so kudos to you!!!
