Bump and can only add other pluses for why to weight train:
1. for being 48, it helps build integrity in joints, tendons, bones - this will be important in 10 yrs..
2. secondary fringe benefit is that calories burn long after the training session is over. ymmv0 -
Love love love this! there is nothing attractive about a runway model who is just skin and bone, But a toned athlete is much much sexier!
Just saying but then again I am not shallow and only look for this in a girl. But a good read none the less0 -

Yup. Flat I-starved-myself-to-this-size butts are not attractive. I know. I used to have one because I ate very little. Weights make a huge difference.0
