30 day shred attempt!!

So I'm attempting my first challenge the 30 day shred! I have some questions for the people
Who have done the shred... what was your diet like? Fruits? Veggies? Carbs? Calorie intake? I just don't
Wanna do the shred it for nothing you know someone please HELP ME!!

    Hi,
    I am on week 2 of 30DS.

    I am eating with a 1200 calorie limit. I eat healthy foods, no junk food at all, and no take-out and very limited processed foods.

    I love these videos - 30DS and Ripped in 30. It is the motivation I need and enjoy seeing the progress and stability gained as you progress. I do them first thing in the morning, then in the evening I am always running around with the kids & take the puppy for a 30 minute walk.
