Getting Fitter Part Deux!

Hopefully this is no trilogy!!!
I joined up last Jan and started strong, then had my momentum stopped by a brick wall... well more like a paper wall that I chose not to climb... no excuses right? at first it was a parent near death, then it was finding out my oldest boy has a Brain tumor (benign, thank God) and a few issues that we had to deal with with that, like a raging 8 yr old who would be calm one min then try to beat you up then next, only to find out that 8 yr old is pre-puberty (an 8 yr old in the body of a 12 yr old) once we got that settled, I realized just how much I let myself go again. There really is no excuse that can be given.. life hits you in many ways and you can choose to do different things about it.
Watching my Wife these last few weeks as she chose to continue working out as a stress reliever has lost close to 40 lbs and is almost to her goal, has left me feeling guilty and in dire need to suck it up and get back to getting my body in better shape and staying healthy this time. I had some great motivation on here before and still notice a few of them have stayed my friends, but like anyone else, could always use more
Thanks
John
