Semi-new and looking for a good circle

Hi folks! I'm relatively new to MFP (I've been tracking since early November). I'm looking for a few like-minded buddies to help with support, including reviews of diaries (scary, I know). I posted on another thread with a little bit about myself, but here I go again.
I'm 35 and about 3 months ago decided that with my new job, I'd make some changes in my life. I quit smoking and joined a local gym. At that time, I my weight was fluctuating between 105-115, usually staying around the 110 mark, which had been pretty steady for me since college, regardless of diet, health changes (I was hyperthyroid and had it radioactively ablated in 2002 and now take synthroid), smoking (I quit once before in grad school for about a year and a half), etc. My goal weight was always 125. It was the golden number. I felt that I would look so amazing if I could only reach that magic number. (Of course, I was never willing to put in the work to make it happen, but I also wanted to share that we "skinny" girls aren't always content with our weight either.) That changed. I gained 15 pounds in the first two months of my quit smoking and get your butt to the gym plan. I'm pretty happy with my current weight and want to maintain, but I fear that now that I'm older, (a) I won't be able to control the weight as much and (b) I'll get lazy, leading to the lean muscle mass I've gained becoming fat. And so here I am!
At this stage, I've reached my goal weight. I've put on a lot of muscle, but there is still some fat lingering. I can only imagine that part of that is now diet. So I've decided it's time to really pay attention to what I eat and start to make some better choices (oh, internet, why did you have to share with me the recipe to a 5 minute chocolate cake?). I've also noticed laziness starting to creep in now that I've reached the goal.
If you're in maintenance mode and need a supporter to help keep you on the straight and narrow like me, please send me a friend request.
