Hey everyone!
How are we doing today? :flowerforyou:

I've been doing great on my overall calorie intake.... however due to adding in fresh fruits, I'm always going over on my sugar intake. I'm finding at the end of the day I am extremely low on my fat intake.
I have only had 1 minor cold this winter, that only lasted 2 days.
So, I must be doing something right!

 Go Reds!!

I'm still hanging in here! The red team in general is very quiet these days though

Well done on keeping off all those colds, I've had about 4 since Oct, though my immune system is stuffed from pregnancy/ breastfeeding etc

    Happy Tuesday RED TEAM!

I'm hanging in here too! Just a busy week for me at work.

I have managed to turn down cupcakes from coworkers 2 days in a row . And I've been good about bringing salad to work every day the past week. I'm hoping to save calories and dollars by bringing my own lunches to work.

I hope I have enough energy to get in a "last chance" workout tonight after my kids are in bed. I was so bummed out on Sunday because I did 20 minutes on the elliptical then went into the locker room to put on my swim suit. I was soooo looking forward to going swimming. But I forgot my suit at home! I had goggles, ear plugs, towels, swim cap... everything but my swim suite! I thought I might get arrested if I swam naked, so I went back out to do more cardio on the bike and stairs. I will make sure to pack my suit tonight!

I won't have a big weight loss tomorrow like last week, but maybe down a half pound or so. &fingers-crossed&

I lost 6.75 this week so I am pretty happy! I am down a total of 21 pounds as of Sunday, but only 19 for BL. I do not even track sugar I don't want to know - it will be something else for me to obsess over. I do not add sugar and I eat very, very little that has added sugars. And if they do they are all natural and have plenty of fiber to back them up. I did lower my carb percentage last week and I think that made a big difference in my loss. I lowered it to 45% so no huge amount but a huge difference in how I feel.

i am doing good. Ive had a mexican fiesta in my room for the last two days and am surviving!! I wanted to challenge myself and I am happy with my self control. I have excercised everyday and even added in an extra hour over the weekend! I even added weights to my workout. I would like to get numbers on what a womans intake should be with carbs, sugar etc so that I know if I am doing good or not.

I am down 2 lbs this week so I am happy!

    Hi Red team!

No loss for me this week. I was down .6 pounds yesterday morning, but this morning back up to the same weight as last week. I'm ok with that.

Shoppie, how do you manage to get so much swimming in with 2 little ones? You are amazing!

I am so tired after working for 9 or more hours a day plus commuting by car and bus 45 minutes each way to work. Then I only have about 2-2-1/2 hours to spend with my kids before their bed time. My 2 year old little girl throws one fit after another if I don't carry her everywhere I go and let her sit on my lap as I try to eat some dinner. She touches everything on my plate. Meanwhile my 10 year old step-son won't stop shoving his homework into my face and talking to me about every thing in his life past and present. By the time they all go to bed, I am just exhausted and sometimes can't bring myself to go to the gym at night.

Thanks all for your kind comments! You really help me keep on track with your encouragement! Thanks!:flowerforyou:

karlaw - I'm still on Maternity Leave which makes it easier (we get up to a year off in the UK) I leave home at 610 am though, as that's the only way I can have childcare so it is quite gruesome!!

gustergirl - well done on resisting the mexican!!

    Hi Shoppie,
I should have had my baby in the UK! I want European holidays off work too!

yum... Now I'm craving Mexican food! Arroz con leche sounds so good. My husband is from South America. He likes to make Arroz con Coco (coconut rice with raisins and cane sugar). It is so yummy, but way too high in calories for me.

Well... speaking of my husband, I think I'll finally get out of the office now and go see my family. Take care RED TEAM!!!
