Reversing the Freshman 15 (almost)

I say almost because I've only lost 12 lbs, not 15. The before picture is from my sophomore year of high school at my highest weight of 122. The after is only a couple of days old at my current weight in the range of 108-110. I'm vertically challenged at 5'0.
My journey started April of this year when I really started to log my meals and track calories. I have been health-conscious about my food for the past two years, but there is truth behind eating "too much," even for healthy food.
Slow and steady has been the key to my success!
