How to lose inches but not weight?! I have a lot of fat that I still want to lose, and I want to tone my abs, buns and thighs, but I'm happy with the number on the scale. What to do?

aim to keep output and input equivalent. If you eat 1800, make sure you burn enough on top of your bmr to add up to 1800. Lucky girl!0

Step 1. Narrow your diet down and eat a lot of protein. Try around 1g of protein for 1lb of bodyweight.
Step 2. Lift progressively and with good form. Try a routine from someone that lifts or from the internetz.
Step 3. Do cardio exercise after you wake up with no food in your stomach...30mins to 45 mins whatever is better for you. Even 15 mins if that's what you can manage.
If you're a beggining, you might even gain some muscle weight!0 -
Lift weights.
exactly what ^ said
resistance training is 100% key. low weights, lots of reps is the best way to build muscle.
muscle takes up less space than fat. you will be firm and toned in no time!0 -
increase protein and do toning exercise and strength training0
