Sooooooo. I want to loose weight to get that really sexy shape thats a bit like... a pearish, hourglassy... curvy thing
lol.

haaaahahaaa. I'm pretty lame..
Anyways! I think to acheive a small waist, while keeping my boobies and bum intact, I need to do alot of toning
exercises, right?
I'm currently 139lb and 5''3.

You need to do cardio to lose the fat. You cannot target fat loss, unfortunately.

It will depend on your body shape-- I am very much an apple shape, for instance. My abdomen is always bigger proportionally than the rest of my body, so someone like me would really never be an hourglass. But if you have always had boobs/hips on the larger side, you might end up like an hourglass.

EDIT: Looking at your pics, you seem like you may also be an apple, like me... but obviously I wouldn't know for sure, you would know that better than I would from a couple pictures!

    This is true! :(

However, Belly dancing, Yoga & core/ab exercises (standing & floor work) have helped me keep my hour glass shape "somewhat"

Incorporating lifting weights, doing a resistant circuit training will help define you. Cardio is important for weight loss, but it wont give you that sexy toned look unless you do it with lifting weights.

Lifting weights= developing and toning muscles
cardio= aiding in weight loss and leaning you out
