Excercises for arms - with severe tendoitis

Anyone have advice for excercises that I can do with really bad tennis elbow? I need to get stronger but am very worried about injuring myself. For me, even picking up 3-4 pounds can be a challenge. I wear a cuff for support whenever working out.

water aerobics, lap swimming, etc. the water provides resistance in a safe environment and will build up flexibility and muscles while you recover . . . and then you can do more thereafter0
