Kettlebells

I'm just wondering who of my fellow MFP-ers use kettlebells as part of their regular workout routine? How do you find working with them? How do you log your kettlebell workouts?
Would love to hear your thoughts.

I love my kettlebell!
I log it as circuit training since I use Jillian Michaels Shred It with weights DVD.
She gives a great explanation on how to handle the kettlebell on the DVD, too.
My hamstrings are awesome because of my kettlebell0 -
Kettlebells are great, there are a wide range of exercises that you can do. I currently do a circut cycle with them at least once a week. I log it under stregnth as a circut, I do not worry about the calories on it right now.0

I'm trying to stretch my hamstrings a bit as my left hamstring is quite painful due to a back condtion I have. Would you suggest JM shred it with weights might help that ?? I'm trying to strengthen my core as well (just restarted 30DS) as a start.0 -
I log them under strength training... I like them...especially clean and press and swings. Good for core and arms and legs... the squat part especially!0

Most of the kettlebell workouts I do are HIIT workouts. I typically log them under cardio as circuit training. It depends on the day and workout. I never do the same kettlebell workout in the same week.0

Thanks for the responses. I have used kettlebells with my PT for a couple of years and love them, but have only just started using them by myself in my workouts. I love that they use compound momvements AND get the heart rate going! I've even asked my SO for an adjustable kettlebell for Christmas so I can have one at home. Shred it with weights is the dvd I hear of most when it comes to KB work - are there any others you guys could recommend?
