The box said 3/4 cups was "heart healthy" So i put 3/4 cups in for me, and 1/2 cup in for my daughter and cooked it all up. It looked like a lot, so i measured out again when i was serving... and it looks like when its cooked it doubles 0_0

So, should i be eatting the doubled amount? and put it on my diary as 3/4 (pre cooked) or should i eat 3/4 cooked, and call it 3/4 (after cooking) in my diary?

I hope that made sens 0_o

  • 3/4 cup uncooked comes out to 1 1/2 cups cooked. 1/2 cup is 1 cup so yes it doubles:flowerforyou: so i add it in as the uncooked and measure out the double amount
  • lol Yay I get to eat more! I was scared i was doing it wrong 0_o In the past, I just eye balled how much I gave my daughter and I... Then i realized something was up xD ha! Thank you =)
