Personal question (probably addressed before), but the foods that I eat throughout my day, aren't always the best choice to go by. However whenever I log those foods, I'm still making sure to stay in the 'green' when it comes to my intake, with the calories, fats, carbs, sugars, etc.
So my question is: Even though I'm not eating fruits for snacks, or by having a low fat turkey sandwich for breakfast; as long as I'm still within range of my daily requirements, should I still be fine?

you may still be fine, but there is a big difference between 300 calories of "junk food" and 300 calories of fruits, veggies, and lean proteins. Your body doesn't process them the same.0
