Hi.. I really dont know what to do or think.. Every day i do my measurements but every day they are either up or down but mostly always up from the previous day.. Either im not doing the measurements right or something else??? Help please..

    You should only do measurements every couple weeks. Your body naturally fluctuates in weight and size on a constant basis.
  • If you want to get accurate measurements, you should measure once or twice a week before you eat breakfast. The morning is the best time to measure yourself! Plus, women's hormonal cycles can make your weight fluctuate, so measuring daily can give you some varying and inconsistent results. Hope this helped!
