Just a shout out there today - I am officially in the healthy weight range!!! It has been prob 20 years since I have been in the healthy range!!

    wow keep up the good work!!! i was there. my bmi right now i believe is at something like 25.5 but i'll keep working to see that number come down. congrats again!!!!!! :)

    Thank you all for the well wishes, it was a big day for my weigh in! Not only did I hit the healthy BMI... I am actually at what I was in highschool!
