I went crazy and bought 4 containers of Oasis hommus while it was on sale. I realize now I won't be able to finish it all by the sell-by date listed on the package.
Is unopened hummus freeze-able? Or will that ruin the texture?

Nobody's tried it? I'm wondering mostly how it will change the texture, if it will be very different.0

I've never froze hummus before, but I am guessing it's better to try than to throw it away.0

Besides, all the big supermarkets seem to get that stuff frozen and then thaw it, so I bet you'll be fine.0
