if your on the pill take it at night that way your asleep when you get cravings =D
also the extra feelings of hunger shouldnt last that long only about a month or two at most whilst your body adjusts
i spent a whole 7 hours on the subject of contraception ahahhaha
also if you are on the pill and you still feel hungry try a different brand =]

talk to your obgyn about it. there are different pills with different reputations ;)

also, i find that i get really hungry at night. that is my danger zone for snacking. ive started going to bed earlier because of it. plus a little extra sleep never hurts! if i have to stay up during the danger zone i will try to snack on protein or fats. my trainer said to try yogurt, cheese and peanut butter as snacks instead of my *go to snack*... cereal!

  • hey :) its the contraceptive patch im on but i think has same hormones as the pill, i think since getting the increased appetite when i started i've got myself used to eating a lot more than usual! so need to get out of that bad habit aswell!
