I know you are looking for premade...but... I love teh cytosport whey protein...unless you are looking to bulk up, then go with muscle milk. I think its reasonable, and i just put water in a cup and shake. Its good. Plus they have cookies and creme, strawberry bannana (my fav), chocolate, vanilla, etc

Muscle Milk lite especially chcoolate peanut butter, the Myoplex lite are decent but only certain flavors...the vanilla is God awful :laugh:

The last one I had was Muscle Milk powder. I mixed it with skim milk instead of water and it tasted awesome, with a good amount of protien. Was like 20 dollars for a big can at my old gym...

I like the Slim Fast Low Carb shakes. Each 4-pack is $6.29 at drugstore.com.

I buy the Atkins shakes. It is 12 in a case for $15 on sale at Meijer this week if you have a Meijer in your area. It is normally $17.99. They also have the 4 pack but it is about $7 so best to go bigger. It is already made so just grab one out the fridge and go. It has 10 grams of protein and only 4 carbs. Also tastes great! The chocolate ones anyway.They taste a lot better than slimfast. :happy:
