www.fitnessblackandwhite.com has a fantastic 2day split routine that is great for strength or bulking up.
I prefer 3day splits but the 2 day is better for new peeps!

I've tried a lot of stuff over the last several years. Biking is my favorite. But I can really ride much in the winter. And I just started running. I've done weight lifting for a long time, but I just started doing crossfit at a crossfit facility and I love it. So much more fun than just lifting weights. Its challenging and Instead of just building muscle I'm building strength as well.
  • I like working out at the gym. I'm a VERY competitive person, so when I work out around other people I am always trying to one-up them - which makes me push myself harder & get a better workout.

Right now, I'm doing a second program that I have created myself. The very first program that I have done was Supreme 90 Day. It's a good program. I wanted to do another program, so before finishing with Supreme 90 Day, I thought about creating a 30 Day Tae Bo Program and it's good for me. I have three days left. I might create another Tae Bo program to challenge myself. I love Tae Bo.

I own over 200 workouts. I believe in body confusion. Prior to doing Supreme 90 Day, I would do a different workout each time that I work out. I might wait on doing another Tae Bo workout and go back to confusing my body. I like my body to guess which workout I'm going to do next. I believe in giving my body 2 days to rest.

i would honestly like to know what kind of results you have had. how long have you been working out, what kind of weight loss/inches/body fat % you have noticed while working out and eating properly. if you measure in a fitness way (i.e. can you run further/faster, or lift more, etc). you seem to have really educated yourself about proper nutrition and exercise.

I'm on the slow route. I had good results. I'm not focusing on my scale weight. I focus on my body fat percentage, pounds of fat loss and inches loss. I have a body fat percentage goal and I know it will take me a year or so to get there and I'm okay with that.

As for nutrition. I don't diet. I don't believe in diets. I believe in eating anything that I want, in moderation and portion control and fit it into my daily calorie intake. I love drinking water. I aim for a half of gallon to a gallon a day.

Exercise is a part of my life. I'm love recommending Tae Bo to people, because it's a good workout and it works.
